We discovered that annual steam consumption for heating dormitories, office buildings, and Workshop 102 reached 6,500 tons, presenting a significant energy-saving opportunity. However, the investment required was a staggering 3.75 million yuan.
In September 2022, Wanzhong and Livzon reached an agreement under which Wanzhong would fully invest the energy, with energy savings settled at the end of each heating season. The contract would terminate upon Wanzhong receiving 3.75 million yuan in energy savings. Livzon also provided free maintenance services for the next three years.
