    At an electronics factory in Huizhou, compressed air is one of the industry's most critical utilities and one of its largest energy consumers. Therefore, any savings in the compressed air system have a significant impact on both costs and the environment.

    During the 2017 new factory construction project, a centrifugal compressor energy recovery system was included as a key component in the overall procurement evaluation of the air compressor station. This system will directly impact the new factory's operating costs once production begins.

    Since its commissioning, the system has perfectly demonstrated our commitment: two 450kW centrifugal compressors and one 315kW oil-free screw compressor energy recovery system provide at least 300 tons of 55°C hot water daily, meeting the domestic needs of 6,000 employees.

    Compared to air-source heat pumps, this system saves nearly 1 million kWh of electricity costs annually and reduces carbon emissions by approximately 658 tons annually. This is equivalent to absorbing the energy of 65 hectares of forest or planting 15,100 new trees.
